| | "Bomber" Bike... Hey fellas... heres a pic of my personal bike that I call "The Bomber", because it's army green, rusty & real fast!
It's a 1970 Schwinn, it has a PK-80 engine, 36T sprocket, upgraded plug, wire & boot, I port matched the intake & exaust ports, I removed the exaust baffle (YES! it added a lot of power!) & I added a K&N style air filter.
My next mod will be to figure out how to beef up the ignition system!
So far, I've built seven bikes, & this one is the fastest!

| | Re: "Bomber" Bike... very nice bike and that is a small small sprocket on the rear wheel.. I like it but I couldn't ride anything that fast. I'm just a slow kinda guy. |

| | Re: "Bomber" Bike... I bought air the filter at kragen for $10.00.., it's a Chevy valve cover breather that I moded to fit...
The bars are super wide beach cruiser bars... I LOVE EM!!!
I love the stripped down look... No fenders, no bells & no whistles!
Actually, that's a lie... there IS a small brass bell hanging from the kickstand housing, (you can barely see it behind the main sprocket)... It's a old school biker superstition.
The bell keeps road gremlins off the bike!

I used the old mounting screws and the old filter backer plate as a spacer.
Then I cut off the excess screw threads with a dremmel.
Here's some pics... I tried to show where the screws are.
