Found this on myspace, kinda intresting it's a 6000 pound semi that it pedal powered.

I watched the video but the narrator/cameraman did not mention as to why the vehicle was impounded and what the whole point being made was.

It seemed like someone went to a lot of effort to build the thing and that video did not go into the actual story of how it came to be sitting there in that yard. That disappointed me.
