Troubleshooting & an intro

Exclamation Troubleshooting & an intro

Hello. I am from downstate IL & just recently purchased a kit. after some initial bumps in the road..rofl...the bike ran great....until my friend's daughter wrecked it. had to replace the fork, & spark plug...But still losing throttle..what else should i check? Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean by losing throttle?

as i pull back on the throttle, it decelerates.

Welcome to the forum. Glad you joined us.

Pull the air breather off and look in the back of the carb and roll the throttle back and forth and see if the slider is going up and down. Up when you increase throttle and down when you decrease.......................

seems to have been a pulley problem with the chain. i adjusted the tension & it runs great again. Thx for all your help & i'm sure i'll be posting again soon!
