IM OUT OF WEST FRANKFORT ILLINOIS ABOUT A HALF HOUR SOUTH OF MT VERNON. IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE ITS A RELATIVELY SMALL TOWN AND THE COPS JUST GRIN WHEN I GO BY
