Hello everyone, just getting into the electric bike thing and started to read your archived posts that looked a tad like perpetual motion lol.

I am making a rolling test bed for a small (3.7 HP) engine to run an alternator that charges a battery and i run the wheel driving motors from the battery.

Well hi to you all and i shall now go and have a look around and see if i can post a picture of my project etc.

so youre making a hybrid but not a perpetual motion machine.

Yes, I am making a hybrid, runs on electric kept topped up by a small 4 stroke.

When you run out of petrol you have a full battery to find a garage lol.
