Hello to everyone,
I'm a bit new to this but have been having a bit of a look on the web and contomplating buying one of these engine kits and fitting it to my mountain bike.

Has anyone built a bike using a four stroke motor kit with the chain drive gear box?
If so can you please tell me if this is a good engine to buy?

Welcome to the forum Highway, I'm one of the dreaded 2smokers so I'm not gonna be a lot of help regarding the 4 stroke mysteries and the gearbox woes...

Still - many love 'em and I'm sure someone will drift in here to help soon 'nuff

Hello Highway;welome;-to answer your question, it depends on what make that motor is; 4 stroke are way better I have a gearbox in my system and it works good; that looks like a powerful engine;
