Turn signals at rite aid

Edge,how did you get the tail light to mount on your back rack?All the lights I see mount to the seat post and would be a pain to make a bracket for what the light cost....I would like to just buy a light that mounts to my rack or a easy way to convert it over....Any help would be appreciated.....
P.S. I have bought from deal extreme and it took a month to get my light in and it was missing parts(had to modify it) and in the end it broke.....

all i did was take off the bracket for the seat post, and put that bolt that was on the lights through the hole on my rack.
