Your front seal went south, you will need special tools to fix this! If the compresser was pretty old I say flush the system out, new receiver drier, oil and new compressor. Now there are some stop leak products on the market Have had luck with em. Might try it first how long did it take to leak down? If its takes a couple of months stop leak will probly help STP has one in a charged can. Youl need a vacume pump/gages. Last head pressure probs could of caused the leak as well check the fan clutch! Oh I remmember now that one was a electric cooling fan Make sure its working, It should change speed with ac cycling. Watch the gauges they tell you whats happening to the head pressure
