Hey norm,long time reader,first question. I am on my third build in the years,I have a 66cc raw motor that makes a hissing noise at idle and at short reves it also raises.I've checked intake,head,mag.,and clutch gaskets.I can't seem to find where it's coming from.I don't know if this is related but my motor serges and fourstrokes at high mid to full throttle.my plug color is perfect,I thought I would use my wifes incense and smoke the motor during idle and see if the smoke tells the tale...
