P.S. I know the wheels still have spots on them, I couldn't get all the rust off, and I honestly don't care. The wheels are a **** of a lot cleaner than they where when I got them, and from a distance they look good. Besides, the trailer is going to be for cargo use anyway...so....does it really matter?
