Your saying your rear wheel is dragging? Get it fixed you might find the bike will do better I have only one hill here that's what I call steep and my bikes will pull them with no problem. I'm thinking of going to a 36 T sprocket as I can take off by just a little push with one foot. I think you have the 70cc from the same seller I got mine from they all seem to run like scalded dogs even in stock form.
