Re: Riding in the hood. I am not sure this is a good thing, but I find that now I am not intimidated by the traffic any more. I still am very careful about where I turn and plan every move well in advance, but I'm not intimidated by the cars any more. That may be a bad thing but it's just a fact.
Familiarity does indeed breed contempt or maybe just cautious indifference. But I think now I would go anywhere I wanted.
I went to the post office to mail an electric motor, then I went to the home depot all on the bike.... Mine was meant to be and is now becoming a working bike.... |
