Since my motor assisted bicycle has no transmission for the changing of gears, then that second law is not applicable. Also.. I had no idea that Longmont requires bicycle registration. Wow !! That is bad for sure. Sorry there are so many regs up there. If I lived in Longmont, I would go and get the bicycle registration required for bicycles and then put it on my bike. Thanks..
