Roland and our AZ rep. Tom Prezelski helped change the law. I may be wrong but I believe Prezelski wrote the law and even spoke to the Tucson City council along with Roland.

If it wasn't for Roland owner of Spooky Tooth cycles and Prezelski, we would be in the same situation.
