Ok. Everything is working good except when i get down to 4th,3rd,2nd,and 1st my chain slips a tooth. It jumps and snaps. I've replaced the freewheel and new chain. It changes gears fine. It just jumps every 4 or 5 seconds? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
