Dude grab flat headed screwdriver in ya left hand and a ring spanner in the other, the Magnet sorts looks liike the batman symble yeh, poke the screwdriver (vertical) in through the front left of the crank NOT THE SIDES.
when you turn the spanner it will all lock up and she should wind off.
