Default Re: Beachcruiser with rear suspension

GearNut... I will be doing 2-builds this winter. I will post pictures
of this build. My other build that I will be doing has already been
covered. Right now I am enjoying what good riding weather we
have left in Illinois. I am about finished with breaking in the Grubee
66cc SkyHawk engine. No major problems... just the bolt hole threads
on rightside clutch cover came out with the 2 of the bolts when adjusting
clutch. I will keep fuel mixture at 25 to one on this engine because it seems
to thrive on this mixture. The CH80 does not have this problem with threads
coming out with the bolts. Chris must retap them when he replaces the bolts
with allen heads. The only problem I had with his engine was with the plastic
float being upside down and taking on fuel. THE CH80 thrives on a 32 to 1 mixture. Monday I will switch engines again to the power king shop 67cc slant head. I hope my luck holds out on this engine too. Enjoy the riding weather.
