49cc oil injected electric start street legal on roads posted with 35mph or less in Texas. this thing will go 32 MPH tops. no pedals auto clutch. Brakes on the levers. I don't want it cause I would have to license it and insure it. Would make a good motor home gofer bike. Or college campus bike etc. If interested PM me.
